Your pregnancy, birth and postpartum should be a time for reconnection to yourself and your baby, a time where you are nurtured and supported. If you would like to have a pregnancy and birth filled with loving energy work sessions, non-judgemental support, a listening ear to chat through your choices and a feminine presence in your birth space, then please get in touch.

What to expect

If you hire me you will receive:

  • 2 antenatal sessions before the birth of your baby to allow us to really get to know each other, we can chat about things such as your hopes and fears, prepping the ultimate birthing zone and rebozo techniques for birth. Both these sessions will end with an opportunity to have a healing and relaxing energy work session

  • On-call period from 38 weeks until the birth of your baby

  • 1 postnatal session- we an discuss your birth, I can help with any light housework and just generally come and support you and your family during those early postpartum days

  • 1 postnatal recovery massage 

 

Together we can create a real sense of calm and power during your pregnancy, I will help you to connect and harness your power ready for the birth of your baby. I will teach you techniques to help you get centred and grounded during pregnancy, which will later serve you during your birth and I am sure will stay with you for life. I am truly passionate about energy work and feel it is an important and beneficial tool and I would love to bring this to you and support you during this magical time in your life.
